Lanaya Humanitarian Aid Launched Print E-mail

Lanaya Association of Belgium has launched a new project called Lanaya Humanitarian Aid. The aim of this project is to help people in need. Such as schools, the disable people and youth centers in Liberia and Guinea. The Association may later include other Countries within the Manoriver sub-region.The first recipient of this aid is Groupe Scolaire Primaire Franco Arabe in Tombolia, Conakry- Republic of Guinea. 

 

On Friday, May 09, 2008 the school received some some books, pens and other reading materials from Mr. Mohammed Kromah a member of Lanaya who left for Guinea on Wednesday, 07 May 2008. 

 

After receiving the aid the Principal of the school Mr. Traore thanked the Association for helping the poor kids of the school and hope that others in the diaspora will follow the footstep of Lanaya.
